Relaxing Breathing Relaxation Exercise

This is a short video discussing a relaxing breathing exercise as a way of interrupting the stress response. A short discussion on naps, as well as various types of breathing relaxation are included in the discussion. This discussion took place before we practice the relaxation exercise in class.

    I am more of a stomach breather than a chest breather. I learned that deep, easy breathes give mind that we are okay.
