This website is great! I really like that you put the information we learned in class on here, for people who may not be able to take the class. I know it was of great help to me and I think it will be to others.
I like how all these videos are in one easy place to navigate. If you take Dr. Olpin’s Online Stress Management class at Weber State, this page is a valuable tool to enable you to have quick access to all the classroom versions of the topics of discussion.
