In this class, we we introduceĀ ourselves to the class. We spend most of the class focusing on self-assessment
–figuring out how we are currently, stress-wise.

    I am very excited for this class. i think it will be very informational and helpful on how to deal and cope with stress. I want to learn the technique for headaches because also like the girl mentioned i have a headache every day and i don’t remember ever not having one.
