Stress Management – Meditation

This focus of this class is on (mantra) meditation. We over-viewed the health benefits of regular meditation.  We reviewed how to meditate and then practiced meditating together as a class.

    This video really helped me better understand meditation. I found it very interesting, although it would not let me watch the second half.
