Stress Management – Music

In this class, the influence  of music on inducing relaxation and decreasing stress are discussed. Scientific studies are examined and the types of music styles are experienced.

    I really enjoyed learning about the positive effects that can come from music and how it actually effects the way your brain functions and reacts.

    This is one of my most favorite things to handle stress . If I’m feeling down, I’ll put in an upbeat song and dance around. When I’m wanting to unwind, mellow music is the thing. Classical is awesome while studying as well.
