We showed students how to relax using the very powerful relaxation exercise called the “power nap.” After the experience, we checked our heart rate and our overall evaluation of the exercise. Most students in the class had lower resting heart rates and felt a lot better after doing the Power Nap.
The Power Nap happens to be one of the most powerful ways to quickly recharge your batteries. It’s good to do it both during the day and also just prior to when you want to fall asleep at night.
