Values

This class examines the relationships between individual values and stress.

When a person behaves in ways that are in conflict with one’s values,
decision-making feels like a difficult process, and stress often results.

When a person takes the time to assess and examine his or her value hierarchy,
and understands the uniqueness of the Self,
inner peace and balance is achieved and decision-making becomes easy.

I really like the Niagara syndrome because it is a very good way to explain how life can be if we do not know who we are or where we are going. We need to figure out our path and who we our in order to find peace and happiness in our lives.
