In this class, we focus on the various ways people try to deal with their stress. The methods are labeled on a continuum from “least effective” to “most effective.” We explore the reasons why the ways people try to reduce their stress are so effective or not so very effective. Interestingly, the behaviors that most people choose to relieve stress are not necessarily the best ways to make that happen.
