Yoga – Part 2

This is the second class that introduces students to yoga as a practice for stress reduction, health and wellness. A variety of poses are introduced and practiced. Yoga is a practice of listening to the body and calming the mind. This balance creates connection and mindfulness that reduces the effects of stress.
