I’m so happy you have decided to join me as we work together to improve the lives of the people around us, as well as ourselves. I am very excited about all the fun things I want to share with you. I also recognize that lots of you have great ideas and techniques you use to reduce your stress in natural and effective ways that I may not know about. I wanted to provide a means for you and me to share our ideas together so we can both learn and better ourselves. That is why I have created these channels of connection.

I have created four social media sites where we can interact, more informally, on a regular basis. I hope you’ll feel comfortable connecting with me. Here’s what we have going on, so far, and what you’ll find at each place:

Twitterhttps://twitter.com/mikeolpin This is where I share with you the most recent information, research stories, important studies related to stress management and optimum wellbeing. I send these out to twitter as I receive them (usually 2 or 3 times each week). You can view my tweeting history to see all the really cool information I’ve put on there already.

Facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/StressManagementPlace   This is where we will have our conversations about stress management and mind/body wellness. It’s like a discussion group where we can post our own messages, questions and interact with each other. I would love it if you took a moment to Like this Facebook group and share it with as many people as you can.

Pinteresthttps://www.pinterest.com/stressmanagementplace/  This is a site where I continually add short & sweet pins related to stress management and high-level wellness. Fun and very useful things are added regularly to keep you focused on what’s going to keep you healthy
