Similar to a workout gym, the SRC is constructed so that each time you come, you can have whatever experience you need that day. Whether it’s relaxing, improving your sleep, or reaching peak performance, we want to provide you with the tools you need to strengthen your wellness muscles and eventually eliminate stress from your life.
There is a lot of stuff here. Where do I start?
We don’t want you to get overwhelmed in the Stress Relief Center!
While we want to provide you with every world-class method to get rid of your stress, we also want to make it simple and easy to do.
We recommend starting with Release. It will give you the foundation for everything else you learn in the SRC.
What is the fastest way to get stress relief?
We always recommend the Guided Relaxation Exercises that you can listen to on your mobile device.
Research has proven that these can immediately reduce stress and help you feel better.
