Hello! I’m Michael

I’ve done a few things to help make it possible for you to have confidence in me.

I’ve researched, trained, taught, coached, and practiced stress management for over 30 years.

I have taught stress management and emotional wellness at major universities including, West Virginia University, Concord University, Virginia Tech, Southern Illinois University, and Weber State University.

I’ve published books on Stress Management including a college textbook used at many universities throughout the world, and an Amazon #1 Best-Seller titled Unwind.

I am the founder and director of the Stress Relief Center, where over 3,000 people come every year for help managing their stress.

I’ve given hundreds of trainings, workshops, keynote speeches, and seminars for businesses, community & church groups, athletes, and individuals.

I’ve worked with individuals, helping them to achieve successful stress relief and obtaining balance, productivity, and focus.
