I have taught stress management for over 25 years at major universities including, West Virginia University, Concord University, Virginia Tech, and Weber State University.
I’ve published books on Stress Management including a college textbook used at many universities throughout the world, and an Amazon #1 Best-Seller.
I am the founder and director of the Stress Relief Center, where over 3,000 people come every year for help managing their stress.
