Have you ever wondered why you don’t feel good?

Most of the common symptoms of stress, such as headaches, muscle pain, irritability, difficulty sleeping, and a whole host of other yucky stress symptoms happen for the simple reason that when you are stressed, the body is completely out of balance.

It is as if you are in the mode of running full speed (or at least your body thinks you should be), but you don’t actually do it.

Your systems are ready for action, but you don’t give it any.

When this happens, most of the body’s naturally occurring functions don’t function so normally. When this lasts a long time, that’s when problems start to set in.

The good news is that when you return your body to a more balanced state, primarily by turning off the stress response, the body’s normal functions take over, including healing.

There are a lot of great tools here on this site. We invite you to spend some time exploring and learning about them.

As you begin to use them, you’ll see a noticeable difference in how you feel, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.
